The website and mobile application of Vezapp collects a series of general data and information that is uploaded every time a data subject or automated system calls up the website. This general data and information is stored in the log files of the server. The following data may be collected:

  • Images/Videos - End users of the website or mobile application might be required to upload photos/videos as a part of their data submissions. This data is accessible only to the users who uploaded it and their respective Workplace Administrators and is not shared with any external service
  • Location - Workplace Administrators may request that end users of the website or mobile application provide their accurate present location. During such instances, end users are prompted with a consent screen and if and only if they accept, will the website or mobile application collect the users' current location

When Workplace Admins need to track the Live Location of their End Users, the mobile application will continue to capture the user location even if the application is switched to the background or killed by the user. This will also happen only if the end users provide their permission for the Live Location to be tracked.

The user location data is accessible only to the users who uploaded it and their respective Workplace Administrators and is not shared with any external service.
