Refund/Cancellation Policy

VEAZPP SOLUTIONS LLP believes in transparent and ethical business practice. We will provide required support and assistance with any clarification or compliances related to payment, refund or cancellation.

For every payment we receive, we will send confirmation of payment received. Customer is responsible to enter correct name, address, email and other details in order to get the payment receipt via email.

We are using third party merchant service for the online payment. In case of failure of online payment because of internet disconnection, other technical issue, same amount will be refunded back to the customer account within 7-10 days of time.

Once the payment is received will not be cancelled or refunded. However in case of any cancellation request management has all right to make the final decision.
